It’s our commitment to maintain transparent and consistent communication with you throughout your project. Right from the beginning at the planning stage, we pay close attention and consideration to all aspects of the project, dedicated to delivering superior quality for your renovation.

Stage 1: Contract

Upon signing, we will confirm the project’s scope of work. And because we’re meticulous, every detail is included and noted.

Stage 2: Onboarding

Welcome to MSBR! We introduce you to our dedicated and experienced team. In our communication, we will provide an overview of the process. We will also include a direct phone number to contact to ask any questions or queries moving forward.

We also invite you to our project management app, where we digitally send schedules, daily logs, variations, selections and approvals. You can also view images to know precisely how the project takes shape. From here, the app will be the primary tool for communication during your renovation. You could even be on holiday overseas and get your updates.

Stage 3: Design

The magic starts! Our interior designers will schedule an in-home consultation and check measures, and take the time and attention to understand your needs and requirements. Some questions we may ask you are:

What do you want to achieve with your renovation?

How do you use the room now, and how about the future?

What are your likes/dislikes/points of inspiration?

We will discuss design ideas and guide you through the product selection before finalising plans. You couldn’t be in safer hands.

Stage 4: Planning

It’s all coming together! Our team will be busy finalising the Scope of Works, ordering building supplies, coordinating builders and suppliers, and much more.

Our Project Supervisor takes over and will be your primary contact during the project.

We also provide suggestions and recommendations to prepare your surroundings for demolition and what to expect during construction and renovations. Demolitions can be overwhelming, but our overview will help and guide you through the process. We will do our best to ensure that your experience is as free from stress as possible.

Stage 5: Build

Yes, it’s happening! While the project progresses, we will send all updates via our project management app, giving you complete transparency of where we’re at. A lot will be happening during this time, but we break it down into straightforward steps:

  • Site set-up and protection
  • Demolition (may include asbestos removal)
  • Re-build the rooms, including electrical and plumbing rough-in
  • Tiling
  • Plastering
  • Painting
  • Fit Off
  • Notice of Practical Completion/Quality Checks

Stage 6: Practical Completion/Quality Checks

Almost there! Before signing off, we conduct a thorough quality check inspection to rectify any outstanding issues and put in all the final touches. After client signoff, our team will email a digital copy of your warranty book. Now over to you to enjoy your new space.
